I don't work there but I have spoken to people who do.
I haven't heard any bad things, only good
Apparently the instructors get worked pretty hard & the language barrier can be a little trying. If you haven't been to Merriden I would also suggest a visit for at least a week to really get a feel for the place
before applying for a job.
They've got at least one Citation jet as well which looks like alot of fun
