Type rating

Hi All,

I did my training in the US a while back therefore I have an FAA licence(part 141)

I moved back to my country in 2007. I'll soon be going to the US for further training and I would like that type rating added on my FAA licence.
Will this be possible?
I also have another type rating that I did at flight safety in the UK which I would also like to be added on the FAA licence. Is this possible?

regards
Y9NER

If you are doing the training in the USA I would say the TC can issue FAA type ratings. If you are doing the training to add the type to a foreign license make the TC knows you also want to add the type of your FAA certificate.

You would have to to complete a FAA training program for your other type rating to be added to your FAA certificate.
