The FAA mis-spells my address on my license - twice - even though I corrected them...
Hello everyone,
I just got my new FAA CPL from the FAA, only to find that they have made a typo into the name of my hometown once again.
I have copies of all the applications for the licenses, the name of my city is spelled correctly on every one of them, since the PPL.
I sent a note in re. my CPL with the mis-spelled city name once - which was acknowledged - and yet the new one still came back with the same typo.
---
Does anybody know of a FAA branch who would actually take time to change this? Who would be the right person to contact?
Thanks indeed!

The FAA office in Oklahoma City actually generates the certificate, they are the ones you need to talk to. I had a cert show up without the circling limitation which might come in handy but I figured it might cause a problem later (how did you get this removed?) Called a friend in a local FAA office, he said call OKC, got the new, corrected cert in a week.
