Foreign carriers with U.S. Bases

I have searched with no success and I am hoping that someone here can help. I know that Cathay Pacific and JAL have bases in the United States. What other non U.S. Carriers have crew bases in the United States? Contract or permanent postions.

Sorry if this has been discussed already but I can’t find it. Can you post a link if it has?

Air India gives u the option of being based out of JFK..
if u fly their 777 s though..
I believe Jet Air also has got an option similar..
