AIRPLANE CRAZY: Instructing is really bad these days because the student load is just dead right now.

My contract goes out with my current company in few months and I'm packing my stuff and going home (Europe). Even though my current company wanted to sponser me a work visa (H1-b), and pay them 5000$ for visa, I decided to go back to school for 6 months to convert my FAA ATP to JAA ATP (I think it is a smart decision). I actually looking forward to that!!!
THANKS US FOR GREATE TIME HERE AND A LOT OF FLYING

From Italy
Hello pilots. Good evening from Venice.
I've just done my full FAA CPL in Fort Lauderdale, and now I'm trying to find somebody for building my missin 700 hours for my FAA ATP.
Well, I've heard a lot of things. I also met a lawyer, but the reality is that without a green card in the US you can't really do anything. The reason why I didn't get my JAR comm license, is basically because I'd like to move from here to a nicer place like the caribbean or south America, and second because JAA exams are real tricky and unuseful (*****)
And also I'm 40... no longer so young!!!
Well, at this moment I'm seeking for a not US based airplane to fly my missing hrs on. I don't say "for free", but with some salary.
Do you know countries in central or south America looking for pilots on small planes? Do you know otherwise if in Canada they hire, without so many restrictions regarding citizenship?
Do you have any other suggestions?
Thanks a lot
Happy landings

Missing 700 hrs.. I'll take it you have ...800 hrs total at this point then. How much multi-engine, and how much Multi-engine PIC?
There are some operators in Belize(http://www.mayaairways.com/) and other carribean coasts, that might take you on for pay, and you shouldn't have a problem with paperwork.
But I hate to tell you, it will be difficult to find anything pretty without the 14CFR135 minimums (1200TT, and other loose change).
Do you have FI certificates? If yes, there are a few schools around the globe who would take you in a heart beat, and you would get a lot more money compared to the US market average (is there even such a thing anymore...sigh).
