http://www.mayaairways.com/) and other carribean coasts, that might take you on for pay, and you shouldn't have a problem with paperwork.
But I hate to tell you, it will be difficult to find anything pretty without the 14CFR135 minimums (1200TT, and other loose change).
Do you have FI certificates? If yes, there are a few schools around the globe who would take you in a heart beat, and you would get a lot more money compared to the US market average (is there even such a thing anymore...sigh).
