Domslut i Attunda tingsrätt
Domslut i Attunda tingsrätt i målet mellan SAS och 27 st kollegor har fallit.
Tingsrätten skriver:
1. Käromålen ogillas.
2. Utan hinder av att denna dom inte vunnit laga kraft skall kärandenas anställningar, med ändring av tidigare meddelat beslut den 11 maj 2009, härmed upphöra.
3. Vardera part skall stå sina rättegångskostnader.
Tingsrätten skriver:

If my understanding is correct the court found that these pilots were NOT discriminated against.
So, SAS acted within the legal framework when they chose to layoff 60+ pilots with a full(for them) pension.
Remember, this only dealt with layoffs of 60+ pilots in a situation with redundancies(again my understanding). Is has not addressed the question of whether SAS can continue to layoff everybody turning 60, even if there is no redundancy.
