amarela, I'm in the same position as you but I wouldn't throw in the towel just yet. If one of the posts in this thread is correct about them sending out "thanks, but no thanks" emails last week to some people, I don't see why they they would not notify all of who were not called for the interview. Especially if you fulfill all the requirements. Now, if none of those "no thanks" emails were actually sent out, that would be a different story.
Have I not heard something by next week, well then....
Life still goes on, remember that.

Same for me boys, over 2000 hrs jet and no word. Don't worry about it, either they are very particular about the profile of their pilots or they just haven't had time to go through the 800 or so applications yet. And as mentioned, they seem to send no-thank-you's as well.
Good luck

I CAN confirm the "thanks but no thanks" replies that have been sent out, but these guys didn´t meet minimum requirements. Maybe they stacked a few piles of applications and are going through them one by one.
Best of luck, I´m still keeping my hopes up for a few more days.

I've nether heard anything from TUI though I fullfill the requrements with a good margin.
Feel weird that there are more ppl like me out there that hasn't heard anything when I know at least 4 ppl who has been calla with only turboprp hours and a total around 1500h.
Makes you start to think what kind of ppl they are looking for doesn't it?
*Starting to give up hope*

For all those who are wondering whether they will be invited for the October screening I suggest to email Moa for an update. I did and the reply was that 989 applications had been received and that 36 have been invited. It was also mentioned that I could try again in the future.
For your information: I have 3000+ TT and I am current on the B757/767, I am ex Thomson (TUI UK) and I speak no Scandinavian language. Looking at my profile and the relatively low requirements asked by TUIfly it is obvious that flight experience (on type) is not the decisive factor.
Good luck to all!

jetfly, it seems more and more obvious that they are looking for rather low time guys that have not been exposed to too much "bad" stuff out there and who can be "shaped" their way. If that's the case then it's a shame, there are many high time pilots out there who would be able to "leave" bad habits (if they had any to begin with) at the door and adapt to TUI's way of flying. Seems very much like SAS when they were hiring a couple of centuries ago .
What surprises me is to now read highflyer's post saying only 36 people have been invited. Can you confirm they only invited 36, in an emaile a couple of weeks ago Moa told me they had 80 slots for the interviews. 36 guys/gals for 10-15 positions seems rather low, unless they are 100% sure they have found the absolutely best 10-15 candidates out of 700+ applications among these 36. Seems highly unlikely to me .

I'm fairly certain the assessments aren't done all in one go and judging by the numbers, they have sent out invitations to the first out of two, possibly three occations.

Brenoch that is true, they will interview on Oct 1st and 6th. However, if the invitations that went out a couple of weeks ago were all for the first round it doesn't leave a whole lot of room to prepare/plan travel if called now or later for an Oct 6th interview. Not all of us who have applied live around the corner, plus it can be tough to get time off from work on short notice.
I personally gave up hope when last week came to an end, but maybe that was too soon. Time will tell.
To those who have been called, good luck and make sure to prepare as much as possible.

I guess I used the wrong word for the first stage of the SELECTION process. I am fully aware the second stage, Nov 29th and Dec 4th for those interested, will be the face to face and sim ride.
ATP, I would be really surprised if you could find their tests online. If that was the case their hiring process would be nothing but a big failure. I realize it's impossible to police the entire web, but how can one objectively evaluate an applicant if some have had seen the tests in advance? Just go to a bookstore/order online books with aptitude tests and logical thinking quizzes. There are lots of them out there. Even if the questions on the TUI tests are a little different from those you have see in the books you still have prepared your brain for that kind of thinking.

This is not the actual test they use, but very similar, and great for practise! You got 30 minutes:
