Got the invitation via email on the 13th of august. In the email the recruiter says that more info will be presented on the 22nd of august regarding the interviews... I guess that this gives at least some hope for those of you still waiting for invitation 
back to the drawing board.

When the application closed I was not interested in this position as I had a job lined now things have changed is there anyway i can send in a late application , IE does anyone have an e-mail adress for someone inside I know this is a long shot but hey itrs worth a try.

Don't think age is the issue. A colleague of mine was invited for interview, same age as you.
Word is that they've earlier had a cut off age at around 35, though illegal of course, but this time it seems older applicants are invited.

After some silence in this thread: how did you guys experienced the first interview?
I must say it was slightly different then what I expected. Some weird questions, but probably with a meaning. I must say that I had a better feeling after the Matrigma test then after the interview. Latest September 25th we should receive the good or bad news.. so only 13 days left of nail biting anxiety

Strange interview indeed.
They told me that they need people for Helsinki, Gothenburg & Malmö and that they mostly need people for Helsinki.
I guess that we all know about 1100 applications for 12 spots.
Also they told me that we will know about T & Cs during the Stockholm assessment.
Does anybody know how much they pay?
