..waiting

I sent requested documents on Monday, still waiting ..
I think that they have a bunch of experienced applicants, but maybe (by now) they are filtering only those qualified in their aicrafts types.. This is only my opinion.. If anyone has something better to share, please bring it up..

Congratulations and good luck to those that have already received an invitation for interview..

Regards,
SL

I think they are calling first everybody with type rating, then if they need the would start with some experience and finally the just finished school guys.

I hear that some really low time guys have been invited to the interview so maybe I´m totally wrong .

I don´t like to wait checking email everyday

Good luck guys!

Hello Al,

Like many I also got the mail.
If they invite my this will be my first interview. So I got no idea what kind of question they ask during the theoretical test. Can somebody give me a few examples?
And what books do you read to prepare you self for the test? Any good suggestions?

Hi,

Few questions to those who have applied to Air Baltic or are working for them.

In case where the applicant has no type rating for any of their aircrafts, do they let you know for which aircraft you are being interviewed before you actually go to the interview?

After submitting an application you might be requested to send them some additional documents. What are the required documents?

I have understood that they employ pilots without TR to any of their types. Could you get into a 737 or 757 without TR but with jet experience? Just wondering because i guess there are lots of applicants with 737 or 757 TR.

Does Air Baltic employ direct entry captains? Could a current turboprop captain get a direct entry captaincy into a Q400 for example?

Thanks

HI! I have been selected for the 2nd day of the interview process next week.

I would like to know if somebody here already did it and can give me an idea of what's that about.

I know it's some tests on a computer but....what kind of tests? Is there a web where I can have some similar stuff just to practise??

Thank you very much mates!!!!!!!!!

Arrow Responding to several PM's

Phase 2 is kind of a compass test, not to complicated though..

You will do some computer exercises to check coordination and time response. You will also talk to a psicologist about normal stuff, also
you can be asked to do some memory exercises.. Things like that, nothing irregular from the outside world.. Be well rested it can be a long 2nd day.

Again, just be your self, don't try to be Einstein or something you are not..

Is there any chance to update an already submitted application to airbaltic?

When I logg in on their wewbsite it only says "application submitted". Does any one have any idea how I can let them know of a quite substantial change to my application?

regards
