Probaply with B757. There is a news in the latest Airliner World about air Baltic getting 2xB757īs before March 2008 and they are going to use these for "expansion into new markets" and "serve predominantly Eastern destinations".

Yes we are looking for 757īs. But about the when, what and how we donīt know cause there is a new version of the story coming out every day.
Expected around spring but knowing BT it will probably be at the end of the summer.

That would be the 100th time that the contracts are signed.
I will only believe it when I see the aircraft.

At least from Capts. side i heard a "list" has been issued and particulars offered. Some recieved an email asking if they wish to transition. However, from FO's side no idea. Rumors (as usual) that the 757 people will complete line training either in Spain or Iceland....my bet is going towards Iceland

SAS wetleasing a B737 from BT out of CPH? Why? Any further details, Winglet?

Isn't this just what the SAS pilots' union is fearing... that a low-cost (and low-pay) operation such as BT will be used as the "model" for future working conditions is ol' mother SAS?

Iīm going soon to Riga and even though people have been very nice and post info here I still have some unanswered issues.

Regarding the psychological tests, are there any multitask stress related cpu tests or is it just a interview with psychologist?
Was the ATPL a multiple choice?
Are there any difficult type related or CRM related questions in the tech-interview?
Was the sim difficult compared to basic IFR during IR?

Thnx

Re: interview

And I hope you're patient as its been 9 weeks since my interview and i've still heard nothing! Regardless of me ringing a minimum of once a week...

However I know of people which have interviewed before me and after me and they have been told their result which was unfortunately negative, so im hoping thats a positive sign for me...

We have to tone it down to 4. There was some confusion so one person was counted twice.

So.... do anyone have a clue of how many pilots they have interviewed the last 14 day

...it seems that they are gonna need a L.O.T - cause many especially the b737īs are getting the h.ck out of there right now,, or more precise... in a month... ;-)
