Sturup IFR Center
I stumbled across the website of the above training provider and what caught my eye was, as far as I could figure it out, a multi engine instrument rating in the region of €11,000.
Does anyone know whether a Swedish IR is accepted by the CAA for a UK CPL? Just as important, does anyone have any first hand experience of this place and can give me further information about the quality of instruction and aircraft, and maybe even hints about accommodation in the area?
Any information will be much appreciated.

Re: Sturup IFR Center
They have nice premises just next to one of the TWYs. I've been a right-seat pax in 2 of their PA28s (SE-GPD, SE-GNL) and they are up to the standards that you can expect. They also have access to SE-LLP, http://www.airliners.net/open.file/733821/L/ - http://www.airliners.net/open.file/859946/L/, a Piper PA-28R-201 Arrow III.
Some friends who have trained for their PPL at Sturup IFR Center have all been very satisfied with the instructors.
PM me if you would like some more info..

Re: Sturup IFR Center
Sturup IFR center is a very good school. They train multi eng I/R on a seneca. Ifyou do your training with them you will get your IR on your CAA CPL(JAR rules)
Good Luck
