Norway's mail contract

I heard that there will be a new contract awarded by the Norwegian Post for the carrage of post, does anybody know when this will happen and if the bids are already in when the result will be anounced.

Thanks for your effort but the contract i'm looking for starts 1 okt and westair sweden has put in a bid
