But the best part is the rooster. It is the company mascot

You must be wery careful not to confuse/mix LT AB (Sweden) with LT AS (Norway); a very different cup o' tea indeed. LT AB offers crap pay, conditions a.s.o. LT AS = very good!!!

Pay comensurate with experience not age.

I will not say anything about pay but I`ve heard that this company has more to it than just that.
Of course You fly "only" a kingair or Dornier but if You want a challenging and good work environment this is a good place to start.
The company flies on all airports in Norway H24, and is a part of the good samaritan force serving Norway and Sweden) with Airambulance, mainly.

Some of the Guys that work there says they are quite happy with the terms of payment and insurance.

Other companies who have taken in some of the ex-Lt pilots say that this company is probably the best flightschool there is.

Good luck

Salary

The salaries (for First Officers) in Lufttransport are competetive in the Norwegian market, with the exception of SAS Braathens. Starting salaries in Widerøe, Coast Air, Lufttransport, Sundt etc. are pretty much the same.

Oh, and we have a very good FSA.

I do believe LT has a higher starting salary than most companies in Norway. We (The Others) do, however, catch up quite quickly ;-)

(Edited due to a case of mistaken identity etc etc etc... Assumption is the mother of all f***-ups I guess).

CS: abandoning ship anytime soon? ;-)
