Norsk selskap drar svenske Nordkalotflyg AB i retten

Who knows which airline from norway wants to sue

Sad to see this has turned into a language (in)tolerance forum.
Just about every thread derails because you cannot accept what the moderators have told you.
This forum does not have a moderator that speaks finnish.
Just accept it,ok?

On the other hand,as this is a nordic forum ,I understand your wish to participate fully in all topics mentioned here.
Aviation is changing in our region and we all want as much information as possible.

bottom line:
1:Understand the legal issues involved concerning use of language as long as this forum is not finnish speaking.
2. To make all parties happy, use english,if possible.

my 2 cents,

rgds

Hi all,

I think it is time to set this lanquage thing strait. How about that the people at the towers could just set new rules for this Nordic forum so that everybody must speak english. No Swedish, Norwegian or Danish either. That would be much easier and everybody could enjoy the different discussion here. Hardly nobody has a problem with that-So how about?

Tårta på tårta

Hej,

For me it doesn´t matter any longer what language you write on.
I accept the fact that this is not a right forum for professional pilot any longer. Keep fighting your language wars and call fellow pilots by names. I will fly away.

As I said in my earlier post: Most finns do not speak NO/SWE/DEN languages. If they feel let out,why not write the posts in english so they can be a part of the discussions? And we can take part in theirs.

With regards to the french forum,
it is french.
and french moderated.

As this is a nordic forum we have more languages involved.Historicly only the coastal part of Finland is bi-lingual I believe.

Angel

It was never an issue before that there where threads in Swedish, Norwegian or Danish. So why should it be one now?
