Ramrise, likewise!

We would also like to work together on equal terms. So if you really mean it and not just blowing smoke, put the "screwing over" aside and we will be a strong and united group!

Congratulations

We made it! We finally got an agreement signed! It taste bitter sweet for both parts, but nobody with the right mind thought they would be "winners". I now encourage both groups to focus on the work ahead, and "do the little extra" when meeting the new colleagues. Showing a cold shoulder now would be a sign of lack of integrity.

Post True...

Yes,

it would appear that the three way agreement has been signed. Good.

I hope that everyday life will turn out to be civilized and that the tone will be cordial and professional. After all, we need to provide the customers the best service that we possibly can.

All in due time.

Regards,

Ramrise

Timilu, I could tell you but then I´d have to you know what.. and we know what that would do for "culture building" ?
Fra spök til revolver. We have no details either. "Påska stille " in Norway.
Believe it or not I do wish you all a happy easter and may Mike O´Leary and FRaud Air burn in H....

HC, thanks and Happy Easter to you and your family too.
Your last remark...Amen brother.
Latest news (it ain´t much though) is that the first 2 rounds of new CDR´s will be appointed at their respective bases. So for a little while,(until the "Linjeflyg wave" starts) you won´t have to see SE and DK guys travelling to OSL to start their duty. Congrats

They would have had to sign the same piece of paper as the others, otherwise there wouldn't be a deal, would there?

Cool No worries...

Well,

for a few days I was a little worried. But now my good mood is back. Things are sorted out and they are the way they should be.

We will not tolerate any attacks on 'trepartsavtalen', nor will we leave our norwegian 'brother union' alone.

rgds,

Ramrise

Smile the state of denmark

just in case you are wondering, HC.

we are still here, we will be here tomorrow and we will be here after april 1. next year. And we will be the only show in town, so you might as well forget your little seperatist dreams, because they are not going to happen. You are now an SAS pilot and you will stay an SAS pilot. And, since Pfor makes the deals for SAS pilots, we basically own you.

So, the choice is yours. Why not make the most of it? Join the big show and see the world, not just norway.

Rgds,

Ramrise

Depends on perspective...and dis-integration

Hi Empati,

Well, whether it is a light or a train at the end of the tunnel depends, I think, on your point of view.

From my side I believe it to be a light.

There is still time to come out of this as winners. We are not yet at the crossroads from which there is no way back. But that will take an effort by all BU pilots, something I believe we have not yet seen. Based on what I have seen and heard so far there are quite a few misconceptions among BU pilots. Something I fear will lead to problems.

Time will tell.

Regards,

Ramrise

No doubt, there will be plenty of problems. We have not even seen the beginning yet..... SAS is digging its own grave since their employers most likely are the less motivated airline staff in Europe, and can not even get to an agreement among themselves as they have done elsewhere all around the globe during similar mergers. Ramrises attitude is a good example of the problems this airline faces. Good luck, you all will need it....!!!

A balanced view.

Hi Wiskey,

As you know there are two sides to every story. We are not out to screw anybody.

We are trying to look after the interests of our group as it is right now. A prime interest is being the only pilot group SAS negotiates with, which goes along with conserving our seniority list. These are two things that management would love to get the better of. With the help of any other pilot group who is willing to be used for this, mind you. Well, we will not let it happen. Instead we would prefer for other pilot groups to join us and thereby strengthen our pilot collective. This would benefit us all. And, as I have stated before, if you want to join a bigger group with more opportunities it will cost you. There is a price to be paid.

If, however, the other path is chosen the price will certainly be higher.

So, BU guys, come on. We would like to see you over on our side. As opposed to managements side. Remember, they don't like you anymore than they like us, they are merely using you to get at us.

Regards,

Ramrise

So Ramrise, you still think you´re Gods gift to mankind!

With the really crappy scheduling system PFOR has fixed for you, you should actually be ashamed of yourself! Pathetic is what it is!

Cool confusion.

Hi Charlie,

so, we meet again.

Your statement that I think I am gods gift to mankind is totally ridiculous and childlish.

The 'price' a simple political, and fair, part of this complex situation. We both know that whenever two lists merge one part stands to gain something, in this case you. That is not free. You can, according to me, bid longhaul and you will a part of the pilot group which means that we will protect you.

I don't understand your reference to the scheduling system. Please expand alittle.

Regards,

Ramrise

COME ON GUYS!!

We have heard all this before. BU guys/girls want to protect themself against the furlough monster lurkig next year. It might not be moraly right, but their legal right.

The price is expensive, but what would you have done? Linjefly guys/girls got furlough protection - give it to BU, and maybe they will accept -5 years. We all agree on that we would be better off together. It would be nice if we could use all the energy+time used fighting each other to turn this company around. Maybe we could avoid furlough with joined forces against the company. I see the BA guys/girls flying 900h now. Come on!! Let's solve this now! SKBU will not fly without both parts intact (SK and BU). Let the moderate among us solve this. I'll give and lay down my weapons if you'll give.

Regards,

Empati
