HP4 Air Off take Pipe not done up properly and hot air leaking. 2. Fuel leak in base of fin. 3. The Nav of the number 2 jet lobbed his burning tab out of the window and it lodged in the base of the fin of the 1st jet, setting fire to the fuel which had been heated by the HP4 air.:=:= |
