Hi all, just found something pretty cool to the west of Huntingdon but can't work out how to get the exact point. The best I can do is - Search this (Haweswater, Huntingdon) and see how long it takes to see it!!

16°42'16.00"N 53°14'51.30"E (sorry, it's not in a high definition area) Believe this is the same heli: http://homepages.ihug.co.nz/~jckiwis.../Oman/2178.jpg Not sure how it got there. Heard that it was either a Yemeni defector or a crashed SAR. It's been there for many years. |

More Google
More Google Earth fun.
Google Earth has been upgraded to version 4. Now you get twice the image for your money. Also Menwith Hill, Fylingdales, Cottesmore are now all hi res. GCHQ car parks are packed and you should see the new building site. Probably as big again. I also found imagery for a bit of Spain had been changed to Low Res. |
