Medal ID Question

Hi, anyone able to identify this medal, please? It might be a state medal or even foreign which is why I put the thread in here.

The one at the far right of this row of Australian ribbons:

As Nutloose says, looks like the UNTAC Cambodia medal - UN medals usually have the Sky blue stripes on them in various combinations, and the Australian DF gives permission for recipients to wear their UN awards.

We aim to please . The clue for me was the UN colours in the ribbon, it was then a matter of just searching through them..
