Putin commissioned a get away plane in case he had to escape from the Kremlin. Looks like most of the 100M Ruble budget wound up in the contractors pocket...

If it can get up to the same speed as the delorean 88 mph, we can send the mechanic back to last Tuesday and he can check those bolts he pencil whipped before the next flight .

Well since RAF personel are now known as aviators they all need an aircraft each. It's called The Penguin". It's flightless but can still flap its wings.
