Hmm

Now where on Earth could they possibly find 6 x 200 series and 2 x 100 series Hawks with low hours?

Monk

I didn’t spot that. Thanks for the info. I actually thought they might have been coming from somewhere else.

Not a bad package for the price. How come the US is making the offer?

Either a speculative bid (i.e someone who is offering them then will buy them from the user) or someone has bought the redundant airframes from the original user
From the numbers, I wonder if these are the Oman aircraft

According to these articles (Spanish one (dated 19 April 2023) is source for English one) the US company Falcon Air (who they?) is offering ex-Oman Hawks and ex-France Tucanos

https://www.airdatanews.com/uruguay-...no-turboprops/

https://www.defensa.com/uruguay/ofer...aerea-uruguaya

A bit of digging suggests the Armée de l'air Tucanos are either museum/instructional airframes or used on mil contracts by Military Tech Inc or Valkyrie Aero.
