Low(!!!!!) level Ukranian Su-24 fly-by...

I know low level fly-by's cause much gnashing of teeth and admiration in roughly equal measure but, surely this one beats them all in the suicidally reckless stupidity stakes?

I don't own this space under my name. I should have leased it while I still could

Fake? Still images look too sharp for something moving at that speed?

and not loud enough or enough air moving afterwards?

I just froze the YouTube video and took screenshots. Try it yourself.

BTW, whether a freeze frame out of a video is sharp or blurred depends on the shutter speed/frame rate

No admiration here. Maybe a thread devoted to smoking holes in the ground might be a good antidote.

My dad took me to the open day at Weathersfield in what I suppose would now called the bad old days. Standing facing the rw waiting for something to happen when four F100s came over the crowd from behind, rather low. Scared the pants off everyone.

Guys are having fun, but this Su-24 was flying over known and absolutely plain airfield.
I find the flight in the video below even more challenging because of wind (at the edge of the beach and ocean), because it was real job (low altitude likely needed to avoid guerilla's SAMs), and also because An-12 is more difficult to control:
Better watch from 4:00 thru 5:00

P.S. Hope Deep Purple do not mind somebody's use of their hit :-)
