Tomorrow 19th August

50 years since the 1968 Mid Air Accident over Holt in Norfolk. Two crews - 7men - lost their lives - one crew from Marham and one from Bruggen..
Memorial service in Holt tomorrow.

There is a very long-running thread about this accident on PPRuNe, but thanks to the unhelpful search facility I cant find it at the moment - maybe someone can oblige

Thanks stitchbitch. My mistake was entering "Victor Canberra Marham" into the search criteria and not "Victor/Canberra Marham". I forgot that computers can't think - grrrr!

Worth a read through as there is input from relatives of those killed, some of who may well be at the memorial service today.
