Thelma Viaduct, let me disagree on two points of your sharp posts.
1. Quite a strange statement about Saidis and Jews. Do you have a proof link? All the official publications say that the current dynasty of the Suadi kings could only be traced back to the 15th century as oldest. The legend about a jew who deceived Bedouins, killed their leaders and then declared himself a king does exist in the folklore, but sounds as realistic as dragons killed in multitude by the knights of the King Arthur.
2. "CIA et al" did not get bored of their "western installed puppet governments". In think it was indeed a great achievement that secular regimes were installed in some islamic countries in the XX-th century and nobody was interested to change this order. IMHO, some western establishments got bored and irritated about particular puppets like Gaddafi, Husein, etc. who got out of control. But a great mistake was to underestimate the level of religious extremism of the mob that came after. Why to fall into the forth pitfall in Syria after Iraq, Afghanistan and Lybia? That "baby Assad" is not a good guy and clearly should be replaced, but he managed to continue the secular regime of this dad for about 10 years until a so-called "arab spring" was implanted in Syria.

The suggestion it is a bluff is somewhat contraindicated by the inclusion of the statement that there will be a test "in the near future".
Just to make sure no one panics when a ball of sunshine appears somewhere in the Saudi desert.......

It's been rumoured for years that the Saudi arrangement with Pakistan was for the provision on N weapons IF they were attacked or threatened with N weapons by either Iran or Israel
As people have pointed out why buy an IRBM for an HE warhead?
The enemy tho' are realy Iran - the Saudi leadership can really see a possible "incident" involving a Shia uprising and their fraternal brothers waltzing in (nothing to with the oil of course).
Israel is an enemy but not really a likely risk to the regime - sure as hell the last thing they want is another bunch of Muslims and they already have enough issues regarding Jerusalem to want to take on Holy Places which have absolutely nothing to with Judaism

I don't own this space under my name. I should have leased it while I still could
A Van, Gaddafi was your puppet not ours. While King Idris reigned we had a superb free airspace training area and a live bombing range. The USAF also benefitted to the same extent.

Hardly a trustworthy source
I was quite alarmed by this until I saw the source as Russia Today; a propaganda mouthpiece for the Putin kleptocracy, making mischief with useful idiots.
The only other quote I can find about the apparent political analyst, regarding Saudi involvement in Yemen in Apr 15 - 'Al-Anzi stated: "I can make ready one million suicide to in 15 minutes because many people are willing to enter heaven"!'. Yep, sounds like a balanced, credible source to me!

"Founding Director of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Counter-Terrorism Operations Center publicly confirms Saudi Arabia has deliverable nuclear bombs.
Last week, on “The Hal Turner Show” Mr. Turner told his audience that, based on his years of experience as a National Security Intelligence Asset with the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force, Saudi Arabia is in possession of nuclear weapons. He also made clear that a CIA asset had (earlier) made this revelation in public, on Fox News, and this revelation was a staggering breach of Classified Information protocols.
Turner went on to say that “the only way a guy from the CIA would reveal such information is if Washington wanted the information revealed; otherwise the person who exposed the classified material could be criminally prosecuted.”........

You mean this Hal Turner?
Courtesy of Wiki: Harold Charles "Hal" Turner (born March 15, 1962) is an American white nationalist, Holocaust denier[1] and blogger from North Bergen, New Jersey. In August 2010, he was convicted for making threats against three federal judges with the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior to Turner's arrest, his radio program, The Hal Turner Show, was a webcast from his home once a week.
Yep, sounds like (another) balanced, credible source!
