Northolt unsafe

According to a report by the Daily Telegraph, Northolt is unsafe by civil regulations and couldn't be licensed. It only continues operating under military dispensations.
Sorry don't know how to post a link; story is mentioned at www.forums.flyer.co.uk in the headlines.

That link should be FLYER Airportal - General Aviation News

There's more on their link to the Torygraph.

Seems to part of an ongoing spat about use of Northolt by biz jets, rather than Biggin Hill.....
