The real anoraks have a thread running on the tower, which includes plans etc here :-

Wigsley

A name? If the Pig farm is still up and running and smelly as ever :-

"Smellsville"

Because it will.
The only tower I know of which is similar was the old one at Gravesend which probably doesn't exist any more.

'The Shed' and build a new house as far from the pigs as possible.

Or, possibly, fit it out as a nostalgic nightclub for politicians

There is/was a three story control tower at Ollerton (HMS Godwit) just south of Ternhill. It has also been converted into a private house, although I understand the reinforced concrete parts caused a few problems!

The difference between HMS Godwit/Hinstock and this place is that Godwit is in a decent location.

This really isn't - both from a neighbour perspective (as already pointed out) and from an isolation perspective, i.e. Tony Martin-grade isolated.

No thanks.

It's pretty obvious, from the smelly neighbours, to the hauntings history, that a good name for the building, from the rapid onset of dismay by the new owner, would be, "DUNMEMUNNY"!

If you're retired, then "West Drayton".

If still employed, "Swanwick"

"What name would you give it..?" Depends whether you're in the habit of naming things...house, car, bicycle, private parts..

Tony Martin-grade isolated.
And perhaps likely to be visited by the same sort of people
