Not really related, but many thanks to all that volunteered to help with the ATC.
If it wasn't for the discipline and enthusiasm from the adults guiding us (back then) young men, I wouldn't have had the sense of adventure and willingness to try new things out at all.
Thanks to the sense of self discipline and confidence instilled by the ATC and all the volunteers, I think my road to becoming an airline pilot would have been very difficult.

It can work, both my sons were in the same Sqn as me ,BUT, you have to treat them like any other cadet and don't show any preferances and make sure it is sir not dad .
