Hell of a story and BZ to all involved. The last paragraph is a bit of a woozie, not sure how it fits with the the rest of the report.

Serious question for a moment: how many of us would think, "I wish I were involved in that"?

Those New Zealanders had a bad day. I wonder who they were fighting that day. Condolences to those killed and injured there.

Maximum respect to the Pedro crews and their ilk.

I wish I could be a part of that!

Superb effort, well done.

I THINK the following video shows the send off of the soldiers the US crew picked up. The two NZ Regiments performing the Haka.

I came across this six part documentary about USAF PJ's in Afghanistan. I think they use Pave Hawks?

Gr4tech, that series was on history or discovery I think, I watched it a while back and it was very very good, it does get repeat showing, indeed what doesn't on Sky.

Nutlose, GR4tech,
Inside Combat Rescue was shown on National Geographic. Infact if you have your sky box linked to your router it's still on NG's box sets ; but only 5 of the episodes (E2 is missing) but as GR4tech points out all are on YouTube
