PPRuNe Coffee Time Vid : 1(F) Squadron RAF

Settle down now chaps with a good cup of coffee for your mid morning break ... some cracking video footage here from "someone" who was obviously very close to 1(F)

Some other good stuff from "OneF" ... just click the "One F on Vimeo" title below to view.

A big thanks to Red4 for posting the video find

Coff.

Great video! Just goes to show that RAF pilots can and have operated from carriers!

newt

I almost fell off my perch - a complimentary comment from you about Harrier pilots!!

You must be getting old!!

Or did I get it wrong??

Thanks Coff - enjoyed watching it!

Almost brought tears to my eyes - but then I remembered the joys of HERMES - and felt a whole lot better!!

Glad you liked BomberH

No complaints from this end ... I had a very good mate who was a SH Pilot ... a great chap ... Lt. Andy George RN. Sadly he lost his life in one after returning from the Falklands conflict all those years ago
