DoD Aviation Plan shows "shrinking inventory at increasing cost"
Interesting viewpoint here on the Pentagon's Aviation Plan. It attempts to demonstrate that quantity does not always beat quality even with over 3,000 F/A aircraft on the books. The headline refers to the fact that the plan itself cost over a million dollars to produce!
