Cool Mr Norman Lamb MP to reopen AD Radar Museum 26 Mar

Mr Norman Lamb MP is to perform the re-opening of The Royal Air Force Air Defence Radar Museum near Horning at a VIP ceremony on Saturday 26 March. This reopening follows a period of refurbishment to bring the building up to modern standards of fire regulation. With an audience of around 50 specially invited guests comprising individual benefactors, local supporters and local companies who carried out much of the required work, Mr Lamb will declare the Museum open at around 1200. The guests will then be invited to tour the Museum to view the improvements and enjoy a light lunch. The Museum will be then open to the Public for a free special event from 1300 to 1700 so that visitors can see the changes. The Museum will then be open for the normal season from Tuesday 5 April. Full details at The RAF Radar Museum at Neatishead in Norfolk

As a former OC Admin Sqn at Neatishead, I am absolutely delighted that the museum is reopening. Congratulations and good luck to all.

As someone who's been there several times that's great news.
