TEEEJ, I think that woman is taking the NBC TV series, "The Event" a bit too seriously.

Some more excellent analysis on the possibility that it was United Parcel Service Flight UPS902. Flight 902 was a McDonnell Douglas MD-11. As the MD-11 is a tri-engined airliner it would certainly account for the lack of distinct separated contrails in the later stages of the video.
