British stealth designer?

I have a vague recollection of seeing a video interview of someone with an English accent who was involved with the development of either the F-117 or B-2 or some other pointy black aircraft - can't find any trace of it. No sign of it on the Boeing, Lockheed or NG websites either. Does anyone have any idea who the engineer might be?

Too bad he couldn't have stayed and used his talents in Britain. While American aircraft from the SR71 onwards demonstrate serious efforts to reduce radar cross section British designed airframes seem intended to emphasis it.
