Can anybody lay their hands on the rates of flying pay for 1999 and 2000? I have tried looking on line for the reports of the Pay Review Body but can only get as far back as 2001.

Officers' Middle Rate of Fg Pay:

Apr 99 £17.44 per day
Apr 00 £17.61 per day
