To go with SS's excellent product.

If the RAF chooses to pick-up either of these product lines, will we get commission?

It's tw*t ideas like this Christmas tree that make me proud to be retired. It's a good thing that the RAF isn't busy with more important stuff.

If that's an example of how you commemorate your 90th, I'm really looking forward to 2018.

Nor I. I guess we're not missing anything of importance.

To complete my laughing stock read in I've just looked at the page for the
RAF Wings of Valour 90th Anniversary Clock to see that

quote
Customers who bought this product also bought the following products

Tinker Bell Earrings - RAF Cuckoo Clock - Disney Pixie Kisses Collectable Tinker Bell Figurine.

Unquote

Away with the fairies seems rather apt for the buyers then.

Royal Mail

Thanks for the laugh on the thread, however it also seems that the Royal Mail are getting in on the act of marketing the RAF.

Do you know your Fruit Salad from your Scrambled Egg?...

Still desperately seeking an Elvis Presley Dambusters Clock Plate of Tutankhamum as the ultimate Christmas gift. Have drawn a blank on ebay and every other shopping website I can think of. Amazingly and very sadly, Amazon don't stock them either. Viz's own shopping website mentions them but doesn't have them in stock any more. What am I to do? Only a month to go till Christmas.......Can anybody help? Any alternative gift ideas?

I just looked at the price of the exquisitly manufactured Christmas tree - a bargain at just under £100! ( or 4 easy installments!)

Mrs D'Sorderlee says that it is even better value than the 'call to prayer' alarm clock I got her for Christmas a few years ago!

She also informed me that the Christmas tree has more spiky bits!

Duncs

Class...

...someone needs to ask an FOI as to who / at what level that tree was approved. Its terrible PR for the RAF.

And the decode for the Hieroglyphics at the bottom is (apparently):

'Your home is at risk if you don't keep up payments on this sh1t'.

Be grateful for EXTREMELY small mercies....
This is the only RAF cuckoo clock officially endorsed by the RAF and is destined to become a treasured collections item
