UK Mil APD Vol 3 Part 1

UK Mil APD Vol 3 Part 1 - The UK Low Flying System

Could anyone tell me why the aforementioned volume is only available to military personel? It would appear that all other documents in the series are available to civvies, but not this part.

As a resident of LFA7, I'd love to see a map of the area complete with valley flows, restrictions etc.

I think some aspects of the UK Low Flying System are classified as Restricted, which may be why public access to Vol 3 is limited?

The document is actually called AIP (i.e. Aeronautical Information Publication) not APD?
