Ok so I pressed, pressed and pressed again and all that happened was a noticeable vibration of the helicopter. This was is followed by a rolling tendency and then the nose pitched up and then the vibration became worse and eventually I lost control and crashed. Any ideas?

Got to 25,000', tried to come down. It didn't. First casualty went at 57,000'!

Must try downwards...

19775ft, landed on, refuelled, saved second casualty

24715ft...is that the record? Is it sad that I have spent about two hours of my Sunday playing this?

New Challenge!

This time try and see how far you can get laterally before returning and making a safe landing.
I just got out to 1782 to the 'West' but ran out of fuel within about 3 inches of the pad!
I'm not sure whether the trick is to use lots of little bursts of power or less, longer bursts.
More flight testing is required I feel.
Ppruners, over to you!
BV
Ps. Yes, I am still bored but going home now. I'll see how you all got on later!

Giving up now!

1680 out to the west again.
Plenty of fuel to spare.
Can't be arsed to better it though.
Really must get on with some work now!
