Accommodation around Salisbury
Hi,
I'm an ex-SNCO (not flying) and, having just passed the ATPLs, I'm about to start an Aeros course at Old Sarum, hopefully followed very soon thereafter by FI(R) and CPL, either again at Old Sarum or Wellesbourne Mountford.
Does anyone perchance know of any reasonably priced accommodation for ex-service personnel around Salisbury or Stratford-Upon-Avon, as the extra costs for civvy accommodation are pushing up the total costs significantly.
Cheers,

A friend of mine runs a B&B in Salisbury - may be above your price point perhaps?
Alternatively, buy a caravan off Ebay, use it, and sell it on Ebay again!
cheers

The caravan trick is widely used by people working as contractors, to save B&B costs. V sensible solution - and your own space to study too, free from noisy bars etc.
