USAF improves facilities for crew rest

In light of the heavy burden current deployments is having upon the USAF AT community, the new design Fast Deployable Crew Module (FDCM) has been test flown at Area 51 north of Las Vegas. The Air Force is proud of the design's unique feature of utilizing "off the shelf" purchased components for the Module.

Beats the pods in Bas/Khar! At least those tents have adequate ventilation!

Perhaps the photo having a web site link attached to the lower edge is the real problem....guess we will have to let it go into the ether and look for something else funny to laugh at.
Try this one....latest thought by the Boffins at Nellis for use against the Taliban Radical's.

It is reckoned by some as being a sure way to both prevent the Taliban from using unexploded munitions and also deprive them of the use of places targetted during attacks thus keeping them on the run.

Surely the way to improve UK AT crew comfort is to provide them with more leg room, via Mr Branson.

Perhaps he is the only one who can fly them on time to recover the kn@ckered cabs back to home base. Just in time for more well deserved crew rest while all the civvy contractors rectify matters

PF,
You will find the pictured pork pitcher is an F-15 instead of an F-16 or F-18.
I have heard the Ham Rocket has a squeal tone instead of the rattle of some systems when it has acquired its target.
The unique aspect of this system is in event of a miss.....it can be retrieved by loud shouts of "Sou....Sou.....Sou-eeeeeee Pig!".
