French carriers and JSF

Now the French have agreed to pay as much as 140million for the British to design and construct their new aircraft carrier based on the design of those being built for the RN, what are the chances that Blair is about to dump JSF and buy the Rafale... Would that explain that curious little story that was leaked last week about Bush's supposed snub to Blair reference JSFs second engine?

Still unlikely I'd think but it will probably lead to more sweat on temples in congress...
