Many excellent offerings as usual....and in the interest of time.....I shall cut to the chase and declare "C52" the Winner this time with the following post.....
The helicopter project was accidentally delivered on time, on spec and on budget, therefore we have to destroy many helicopters so as not to show up all the MoD's other projects.
....which hits both high and low notes with one swing of the bat.

I suppose some will be pleased with the briefness of my tallying the candidates so as not to risk being shoved off over it!
