Well, at least Boulmer is still operational. Would have been a cold wet wait post the Hoon grand plan.

You obviously missed the bit of SofS's speech about the Global Warming Dividend:

"I am pleased to tell the House that warmer seas mean increased survival times for those who find themselves in an unscheduled amphibious immersion situation. As a result, fewer search and rescue stations are required and their number will be reduced...."

Glad to hear the crew got out safely.

Boys - you can't hide them there - the engines will not light properly and he'll find it and throw it away along with all the others!

The news of their safety was a great relief.

This is a very timely reminder of the fact that we don't just sit on our a es, twiddling our thumbs and ripe for cutbacks, waiting idly for the Great Helmsman's next foreign trip.

Glad to hear they both got out and hope any injuries are minor and quick to heal.

Is Hoon going to close Boulmer or hand it over to the Civvies?

And it was Marham's AFI today - what great timing!

Was good to hear the call on the RT that the guys were ok, though. I'm sure the nurses at Newcastle looked after them well!

D2 Mate/ess,
Suggest, most respectfully, you delete some of your last unless you like 1 v 1 with SIB/ Harry.

Welcome aboard.
