Thanks a lot for the infos.
In 2 days I scheduled the Teams Interview; which kind of question can I expect? Thanks in advance You introduced yourself to confirm your CV, talked about your motivation for RX, willing to move, they asked me not more than 5 questions, Later on explained the further process in the assessment and they talked about the Terms and Conditions, Interview Time not more than 30 minutes. As expected this package won't attract any experienced pilot who already settled in the ME or in Europe My experience level, more than 20K hours total, TRI on B777 and 787 and guess what ? I failed ..... not to worry I am settled and would not move on with the interview or continue if I would have passed. The numbers are more than a dissapointemnt Good luck for everybody, 14 On / 14 Off - let me bet - won`t happen in first place |

Qbix how did you get to 25-28k USD NET?
What this is not going to attract are senior pilots in ME with established life and descent salaries. .. of course it will attract them, but they wont be westerners expecting western salaries. one basic salary as end of service bonus and the money I pay for my kids education that they will reimburse. |

Please can I ask if it is $35 per hour or $350 per hour (which seems a much more realistic figure) Also, is there education expenses paid for children, up to which age, and does that include outside of Saudi? Thank you so much. 🙏 |

I have read here that captains get $35 per hour and F/Os get $40 per hour.
This doesnt seem right. |
It's an extra $2.50 for gear and $2.50 for flaps.

You may be thinking like an American here, where you have an hourly rate, with a minimum hour guarantee (but no basic pay)
