Amazing isn't it.

Cap 56 almost verges on credibility with some of his well sourced comments, then he throws up some absolutely fabricated rubbish that completely blows any credibility (not that he has much) completely out of the water.

If his agenda was to provide factual information so that others may be better informed, then I would applaud him.

It seems though that he is hell bent on discrediting Emirates regardless of the facts.

I agree that more should be done to make people aware of the mirage that EK has created, but only by publishing facts.

Sure some facts may be disputable, or interpreted differently by different parties, but Cap 56 sometimes offers figments of his imagination, or at best totally unresearched 2nd hand opinion, as fact.

I would caution anyone as to the the validity of his comments.

I appreciate the effort.... explaining the system workings here at pprune. I have no qualms in admitting that I am no puter whiz kid.....have just basic everyday knowledge to get by comfortably with the machine.

Without meaning to launch some sort of an investigation into my log in problems, I just want to set the record straight. Sir, I have been posting on other threads in forums other than ME. I don't recall now but for sure during the period end April or begining May I did post on some threads and yes first my posts were wiped off and when I insisted on my right of free speech, I could no longer log in....so that is that.

Anyways it is not a big deal. I'll let bygones be bygones.

Notice is hereby served that Cap56 has been permanently banned from the ME forum. His habit of making a post & then deleting it serves no common purpose & is beyond irritating. By all means, for the rest of you; if you duff it, please feel free to remove or edit a post but if you post to gain a response & then withdraw the post, thereby causing confusion and a break in the logical format of a thread you will end up on the pile with ol’ 56.

Just thought I´d mention that I posted a very innocent question about GA ferry flights on the African Av forum a couple of months ago and got two or three replies. A few days later the whole thing was gone, and a querie to the moderator about what happened and why went unanswered.
No big deal, but glitches happen, even on industrial size servers I guess.

It's not me folks - the supermods float around & remove inappropriate & offensive posts but I haven't deleted any posts on this thread. To tell you the truth, due to a technicality, I can't even restrict Cap 56 as I had indicated but he or Streamline are being closely monitored.

Removed by me along with those from Streamline and another EK regular.

All part of the consistent jousting between Streamline/Cap 56 and a few folks at Emirates. Neither side comes out well from it, added nothing to the present discussion and thus binned.

Came in over 4HP's head for technical reason. He can't get deep enough access rights to turf one of the parties out.
