What is the time scale for getting an interview with EK if I am not called for the standby interview date coming up?

I would also like to know, I was on standby in the midle of November and was'nt called up. Since then I have'nt heard a thing

It has given me a bit of encouragement as I hve been in the holding pool now for 2 years

I was stood down for an interview and advised of a new date straight away which was 4 weeks hence. Was unable to make the date offered, and suggested a better date for me to attend about 3 days later. That was fine with the recruitment team, did the interview, and am now sitting in HKG with my B777 sitting outside ready to fly back to Dubai via BKK.

Worked for me having shown the commitment of accepting a standby interview with leave and confirmed tickets organised.

How close to your standby selection dates were you informed that you wouldn't be going and was the alternative selection dates firm or standby again?
