Flydubai Second Officer Program 2026 - Issues
So, two of including my friend and I completed the assessment with Flydubai. First, the interview followed up by a simulator assessment. The instructor who checked us on the sim, verbatim told us that we made it, that we passed and that we did pretty well enough.
Fast forward few days, we got an email stating that we failed the simulator, we could not believe it, anyhow, another few days passed and we started making inquiries with people who have passed or failed. In fact, people who have passed, some of them froze during their assessments and still passed, while some of us who were told we did good did not make it.
After little bit of research, we landed up on an extremely uncomfortable truth, and it is pertaining the to hiring team, mainly A!!!!ha and Arther. These bunch seems to be making decisions regardless of the simulator assessment report, if they dont like the way you look you are out, if you dont smile the way you should - you are out.

These both individuals have deliberately failed every single moslem candidate, particularly from india. We do not know what is the right way of calling for an internal investigations, so we thought we post this here and see if someone can guide us.
Before you think this is too far fetched, let me tell you, we did our research and came to this painful conclusion based on patterns and parameters supported by facts.
There is something off here, without a doubt and these both are deciding fate of people based on their religion and color. The entire team must be put on an internal investigation.

Dude we are not from here, and we don't find that as an excuse, we were not looking for it. We are gutted as we have learnt this from some of the employees too. If it is not what we say it is, then why is it just a specific group of people who did not make it? despite the TREs specifying it that the SIM was a pass.
