What is the future of Etihad Airways?

Hi, I would like to offer those who belong to the airline to express their views here, in addition to any company surveys or online meetings... I would be very happy to hear from the most senior pilots, they are the ones who should be able to share the most ideally. I don't want to create any bias, I will simply say that I joined Etihad in the hope that it would be my final destination, getting retired here in other words.
Please no discussions about the joining process, there are many threads for that, but this topic would of course be of interest for those who want to join the airline.
So what do you think about the (recent) evolution of the company please?

Asking the pilots here about the future of Etihad is like asking a microwave about fine dining. Most can barely update their EFBs, but sure let’s hear their “insight” on corporate strategy.
