Murray Douglass

Ex Aussie Fleet air arm ,Cyprus airways and long time Gulf Air pilot DC3, VC10 Captain and Tristar Fleet and Training manager passed away peacefully in Melbourne on the night the 3rd of Sept. at 8.30 pm.He had been in a drug induced sleep for the last 5 days.Murray slipped away peacefully and suffered no pain.
Murray's service will be held on Monday the 9th at 10.30am at the Fawkner crematorium,the Joyce chapel.

Murray is well remembered here on Fantasy island.

Aviation has lost another wonderful character, wise pilot and great drinking companion!
