Saudia allows pet cats in cabin?

Is that true that SV allow this, read it at a pet group mentioned briefly in a random post, is it something new.

Also want to know why Etihad cant carry pets in cabin to/from USA when others can such as Turkish.

Yes - it seems pet cats can be taken in the Cabin (Saudia)

Same on many airlines in the EU and USA - On Condor and Transavia my pals take their little Chihuahua's on board in a little carry basket (cute)
There are a few you still can on flights leaving the UK, but not possible coming back into the UK.

Condor 757

My two - waiting to board at NQY

I'm curious what do you do when they need to use the lavatory?

On short haul flights it should be no issue if you have toileted them before your journey -
On longer flights your Vet will give you something for your pet to allay such fears...
An Italian pal of mine flew from Milan MXP to JFK with his Chihuahua in the cabin and the dog was fine - He then flew on to the US West Coast LAX on a another flight -
One well travelled furbaby.
