IP Global

Hello everybody, have any of you done any property investment with IP Global. Well I have and I have to say that from my experience I’d discourage you from going anywhere near them. They work on a 20% down payment on their projects, a sort of sold unseen. Which means your are contractual obliged to complete or loose your 20%. So if the property promised doesn’t fulfill the sales pitch you stand to buy a lemon or loose your 20%. If you’d like some more explicit info on my experience I’m more than happy to share.

Welcome to the Dubai property market (aka “Roulette”). It has been like that since it started nearly 20 years ago.

I just don’t understand why you would trust some company to do your real estate investments .
A studio in JLT will return you nearly 9 % a year . It is not that hard to manage and actually the property market with RERA and etc has become very easy to navigate .

IP Global does not “invest” in Dubai properties.
It targets UK, US and OZ.
People made good returns on SOME of their projects.
As always, do your homework before committing.

I'm surprised any property developer in the UK, US or Oz requires a 20% downpayment off plan. That alone would set alarm bells ringing.

As Salami says, do your homework.

Wasn't there another mob doing investments in overseas property? Seem to remember its founder had to get on an aircraft at very short notice and was never heard of again!

Have a property (2 bed flat) in manchester bought through IP global in 2016.

Other than completion of the build being slightly delayed (which was all communicated promptly and accurately) we had no issues with them.

Flat has now been rented out for over a year and no issues either with the quality of the build or any of the paperwork.
